Congratulations if you are pregnant! This is a really exciting and special time in your life that will create lots of lasting and special memories.
You'll need a lot of support and TLC during this time and good relaxing time to yourself. Your health and nutrition directly affects your developing baby. So the more you look after yourself the happier both you and your baby will be.
