  Sorry to say but you got it wrong. In Spain we would never spell the name Isabel with Y and Julietta and Isabella are Italian versions. We would write it Julieta and Isabel, that's it. And Cayo is the weirdest, least common name ever! I am surprised you found it.. as well as Tadeo?!
