#1 Healthy diet
Prioritise a varied diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes, and grains. High levels of antioxidants in fruit and veggies help to fight off immune threats, while fibre in all these foods supports good gut health.
#2 Focus on Vitamin C, D, and Zinc
These are powerhouses when it comes to your immune system. Sources of Vitamin C include capsicums, kiwifruit, brussel sprouts, broccoli, strawberries and citrus.
