Smoothie



Breakfast Smoothie
This is a great way to get fruit into your toddler - can be used for breakfast, lunch, or in-between meals!

Breakfast Smoothie
1 banana
1 pear
1 apple
3-4 prunes or dates
3 dried apricots
+ frozen berries (optional)
+ spirulina or barley life (optional)

Wash and cut fruit (no need to peel the pear or apple) and place in a blender. Seasonal fruit (eg. an apricot, nectarine,  or plum) can be added too. Pour into a bowl and feed!
