1 and 1/2 cups of dried apricots chopped finely
1 cup coconut
1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
Scant cup brown sugar
Mix together all ingredients, then scoop out teaspoonfuls and roll into balls. Roll in extra coconut and store in the fridge until you're ready to wrap and give to others.
Makes about 20.
