Starting a gratitude journal can be quite life changing. Personally I try and stick to 3 things I am grateful for each day. Some days, I'm overflowing with thanks, other days I find myself being thankful for the little things, like going to bed that night and tomorrow being a new day. But always having 3 things can really help you to be grateful for something every day. The kids health, my husbands help that day etc. I don't remember every day to write in it, but I find myself thinking about what I'm going to put into my journal each day - which also helps me to think positively during the day :)
