Recipe: banana peanut butter toasties

This is one of our favourite snacks to bring to the beach, deconstructed, and build on top of a makeshift beach table, aka a surfboard! All you need is your favourite nut butter, some rice cakes or corn cakes, and a few banana slices.
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
4 rice cakes or corn cakes
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1. Spread the peanut butter on the rice cakes or corn cakes and top with the banana slices.
Tip: If you’re feeling 'extra', add a sprinkle of coconut sugar, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Yum!
