Fruit Ice Blocks
 1 cup plain yoghurt
 2 tsp orange juice
 1/2 cup puréed strawberries
 1/4 cup mashed bananas
 4 tsp lemonade
 bowl
 popsicle mould
 Stir all ingredients put into moulds, and freeze for 30 minutes. Insert popsicle sticks, freeze overnight, then serve.
TIP: Put tinfoil over the mould opening and insert popsicle stick through it. This will hold the stick in place in the middle of the popsicle.
