Heavenly chocolate truffles
An all-time favourite for any special occasion and quick to make!
1/2 packet of wine biscuits
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 cup of icing sugar
1/2 cup of coconut
100g soft butter
Slosh of rum, brandy or sherry
Finely grind biscuits (in the food processor or using a rolling pin).
Add dry ingredients and soft butter.
Add alcohol and mix well to combine.
Roll into balls and then roll in extra coconut.
