Mango freeze pops

Makes: 8 freeze pops
ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 cups mango chunks
Method
1. Purée the coconut milk, maple syrup, and mango in a blender until smooth. Increase speed to the highest setting and whip the mixture for one minute.
2. Pour the whipped mango blend into freezer pops, freeze for six hours or until solid, and enjoy.
