Superhero smoothie

Little compares with the satisfaction of watching your child knocking back a nutrient-packed snack. Here’s another tried-and-true recipe which manages to mingle multiple superfoods into a kid-friendly drink.
Combine:
• Juice of 1 carrot
• ½ cup broccoli
• ½ frozen banana or ¼ avocado
• 1 kiwifruit
• 1 cup milk
