3.  The competition closes at midday 15th July, 2025.

4.  The first prize will be awarded to the first correct entry drawn on 20^th December, 2023.

5.  The prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email by 24th December, 2023.

6.  The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable for cash and no exchanges will be made.

7.  Immediate family and agencies associated with OHbaby! Limited are not eligible to enter.

8.  Thaty Cargnelutti Maternity Photography is located in Auckland, New Zealand. Travel is not included for this prize. Prize must be used within 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. Prizes will be dispatched to winners within 8 weeks of the winner being notified.

12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Entrants will be advised who has won the prize by way of a one-time email.

14. Competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

15. Only one entry per person. Extra entries are available by tagging friends on the relevant Ultimate Competition posts on the OHbaby! Instagram page and by downloading a copy of OHbaby! Autumn 2025 Digital magazine.
