The Hape Beep n Buy Cash Register has been an absolute hit with my near 4 and 6 year olds. They have used it for a supermarket/dairy cash register as designed and created extra cash and coins so that they could do a “big grocery shop like Daddy”. They have rearranged the furniture to create aisles for shopping and also even made a check out for the zoo. I would say that the calculator is too advanced for Mr 4, but it’s right up Mr 6’s alley and I can see it is supporting his understanding of addition and subtraction. Mr 4 still enjoyed pushing all the buttons as if he knew what he was doing. Whilst both understood the concept of "making a purchase", Mr 6 was the one who enjoyed working out the change to give (and whether there was enough money) and Mr 4 was just happy to receive it. In short, it’s a great toy and one that will be enjoyed for many years to come. I love how hape toys are never built just for a season but more for a childhood.

The Hape Little Artist’s Easel has quickly become one of the most-used items in our lounge, and after several weeks of use, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully designed it is to meet my three year olds needs. From the moment it was set up, my three year old seemed to understand how to use it. The height is perfect, the structure is sturdy, and the dual-sided design allows for both quick doodles and longer art sessions. We have had to stock up on a bigger messy mat to go underneath as she gets so in to her art now!One of the standout features is how easily she could access supplies. The built-in trays keep markers, paints, and chalk organized and visible, which meant my child didn’t have to ask for help each time they wanted to switch tools. The paper roll holder and simple paper-cutting edge is great, My child loved being able to pull down a fresh sheet completely on her own. This small detail made a big difference—there was a noticeable shift in how independent she could be with this, which showed me how the design truly supports independent creativity. We also used the easel during a playdate, where the two sided easel was so handy for this. Instead of competing, the kids worked on opposite sides of the easel. The structure naturally invites two children to participate without crowding each other, which I have found can often be an issue at their young age. It is also really sturdy, which is great for how boisterous this age can be!Overall, the Hape Little Artist’s Easel has been more than what I hoped for, it is used multiple times per day in our household - we already need to stock up on more rolls of paper!!

Hape Modern Smart Kitchen - Literally the best thing to have if you want endless fun for you and your child. My 2yr old and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing with this modern kitchen. Almost every day my little girl would go to her kitchen and pretend to cook. She had learned how to operate all the bits and pieces very quickly. She loves all the lights and sounds which make things more exciting for her. Seeing her wash the food, put away the pans, and clean the stove make me so proud. Her favorite words are "Food is ready, mama!" and then proceed to serve the food in a plate. This kitchen set had really made our play time more enjoyable and realistic. I highly recommend this for play ideas and teaching little kids to be imaginative and independent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
